Return Policy

You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Potent Herbs, Inc. reserves the right to change its payment and refund procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which may be obtained by calling 1-800-711-6323 or by writing to us via e-mail at ph.info@potentherbs.com. Any return that does not have a RAN will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee.

SUPPLEMENTS

All returns must be within 30 days of the receipt of your order. You must call or email first to receive a return authorization number. All returned Nutritional Supplements must be unopened in order to receive credit. We can not give credit for opened bottles of supplements. All returned supplements will be given a full refund less the original cost of shipping and if there is no RAN it will result in an additional 15% re-stocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost of non-defective products.

MERCHANDISE

Jewelry is guaranteed against defect for 90 days from receipt upon normal wearing conditions. Call or email for a RAN to receive credit or replacement.

Merchandise which is returned that is not defective, will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee. All merchandise must be returned in it's original box in re-sellable condition.

The original shipping charge will not be refunded on any return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost of non-defective products.
