We do everything possible to ensure your security. Our customer list is never seen, loaned, rented or sold to ANYONE...and never will be. We consider that an invasion of privacy and would never do that to our valued customers. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for your shopping convenience.

Flat Rate Shipping

All United States orders are shipped either by UPS ground, or if necessary U.S. Priority Mail. Requesting delivery via the post office could delay shipping time up to 3-5 days. Shipping charge is only $7.95 for your total order.

We ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii and Virgin Islands by priority mail.

Security

*Information is encrypted by our secure server while traveling over the internet to ensure security. Customer information is not stored on the internet server. No credit card information is included with receipts or accompanies the merchandise.

Return Policy

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which may be obtained by calling 1-800-711-6323 or by writing to us via e-mail. Any return that does not have a RAN will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee.

Supplements

All returns must be within 30 of the receipt of your order. You must call or email first to receive a return authorization number. All returned Nutritional Supplements must be unopened in order to receive credit. We can not give credit for opened bottles of supplements. All returned supplements will be given a full refund less the original cost of shipping, unless there is no RAN which will result in a 15% re-stocking fee.

Merchandise

Jewelry is guaranteed against defect for 30 days from receipt.  Call of email for a RAN to receive credit or replacement.

Merchandise which is returned that is not defective and returned without a RAN, will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee. All merchandise must be returned in it's original box in re-sellable condition. The original shipping charge will not be refunded.
