Leanadrine with ephedra does not suppress appetite!

Leanadrine's Ephedra and thermogenesis

Diet-induced thermogenesis is the direct conversion of ingested food into heat. A lean individual may produce a 40% increase in heat production, whereas an obese individual may only produce a 10% increase in heat production. In these people, the food energy is stored as fat instead of converted to heat. The degree of heat production is controlled by the sympathetic nervous system. Ephedrine can activate the sympathetic nervous system, thereby increasing the metabolic rate and thermogenesis. The result is weight loss.

When ephedrine was combined with theophylline or coffee, a loss of 25% body weight and 75% body fat was observed. Caffeine or theophylline used alone produced no significant loss of body weight.
