"B"
This blood type, according to popular
blood type diet theory, needs a great variety of foods and is generally
noted for thriving on deep ocean fish. Type ‘B’ individuals might be
considered the gourmet food eaters of the blood types. Substituting water
for a snack is best. They can have a tendency toward eating too many rich,
creamy sauces and overly spicy foods. Taste and texture is very important to
this blood type.
A Type ‘B’ should emphasize
vigorous walking/hiking ‘stair-step’ type exercise with quiet meditation
because this individual has the greatest likelihood of experiencing
performance related stress blow-outs, which can result in stroke, gall
bladder problems and digestive related headaches. Throughout this person’s
life, mental activitie and being in close proximity to a large body of water

When Type ‘B’ individuals are in

served by a temporary diet that minimizes all saucy and spicy foods and
emphasizes constitutionally cooling and soothing foods, e.g. plain
vegetables and dilute fruit juices, until the crisis passes.
