HOW TO USE

SINUS, SINUS HEADACHE, HAY FEVER, COLDS, HEAD CONGESTION

At first sign of discomfort, sprinkle a few drops of EU-CAL on a cloth or tissue and breathe in through the nose, exhaling through the mouth for 60 seconds. The vapor may make your eyes water and/or cause you to cough. This is a normal reaction and is momentary. Immediate relief will be obtained using our Respiratory Steam Inhaler.

ASTHMA, CHEST CONGESTION, BRONCHITIS, LARYNGITIS, EMPHYSEMA

At first sign of discomfort, sprinkle a few drops of EU-CAL on a cloth or tissue and breath in through the mouth, exhaling through the nose. Do this for 30 seconds. Children over 6 and older, inhale three times. Immediate relief is obtained using our Respiratory Steam Inhaler. EU-CAL may also be applied locally as a chest rub for lower respiratory discomfort.

COLD SORES

At the first sign of discomfort, apply EU-CAL to the affected area, covering lightly with a lubricant (petroleum jelly, etc). Repeat application several times a day. In most cases, EU-CAL will stop the cold sore before it erupts through the skin.

ARTHRITIS, RHEUMATISM, BACK AND MUSCLE ACHES

Bathe affected part with hot water or apply a warm wash cloth to open the pores. Apply EU-CAL and massage for at least one minute. Lightly apply a lubricant. In severe cases, apply a warm compress again.

VAPORIZER- FOR CHILDREN UNDER 6 YEARS

If you or your child has a cold, a few drops in a Vaporizer with make breathing easier and stop coughing.

RASHES, INSECT BITES

Spray EU-CAL on affected area; allow to dry. Spray a second time and cover with a light lubricant. (Petroleum jelly etc.) Or use 1/4 oil with 3/4 Water for a light spray repellent.

BURNS

Immediately apply EU-CAL directly to burn, let dry, apply again.

CANKER SORES

Dry area with cotton swab or clean dry cloth. Apply EU-CAL directly to the canker sore with finger. Repeat the process at least three times in a twelve-hour period.

SORES, CUTS, ABRASIONS

Apply EU-CAL directly. When bandaged, apply directly over the bandage to saturate. EU-CAL will cleanse wound, stop infection and promote healing.

FOOTBATH (FOR SORE FEET)

A teaspoon of EU-CAL in a footbath gives excellent relief to sore feet.

SAUNAS

Sprinkle EU-CAL in water. You will find it head clearing and invigorating. Breathing is easier.

HOT TUBS

Give your sauna a fresh, clean, country smell by adding some Genuine Australian Eucalyptus Oil to the water for splashing on hot stones or around sauna.

FLOOR CLEANER

Add a teaspoon of Eucalyptus Oil to the water when washing floors.

LAUNDRY

Clean and freshen by adding a teaspoonful or two of Australian Eucalyptus Oil to each load of laundry.

DISHWASHING

Add 1 teaspoonful Eucalyptus Oil and 1 to 2 squirts of any Dishwashing Detergent.

DOG WASH

Eucalyptus oil added to water when washing a dog is a highly effective method of getting rid of fleas. Use for freshening and deodorizing pet quarters.

TOILETS

Add 1 drop of Eu-Cal Eucalyptus oil to your toilet to refresh and deodorize.

ORAL CARE

For a refreshing mouthwash place two drops of oil on toothpaste when brushing teeth or add a few drops of oil to a glass of water and gargle. For gum disease, put a couple drops on your finger and massage gums.

FLEA REPELLENT

For an effective flea repellent, soak pet collars in eucalyptus oil and allow to dry until just damp before putting it back on.

EUCALYPTUS STEAM INHALANT

4 drops of EU-CAL in 4 cups of boiling water. Put a towel over your head to form a tent to contain steam. Breathe the vapors for about 10 minutes. Repeat two or three times daily.
