Damiana

Damiana (Turnera aphrodisiaca) raises female libido and energy levels. This Mexican herb causes mild euphoria. It causes arousal, passion, and reduces anxiety. The alkaloids in Damiana produce a testosterone-like effect, which increases the sex drive. The use of Damiana goes back to antiquity in Mexico. From 1888 to 1947, the use of Damiana was listed in the National Formulary for improving libido and sexual function in both men and women.
